We haven’t disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the past 12 months and won’t in the future for website visitors, users, or consumers. We use your info for internal research (e.g., tech development), which isn’t considered “selling.”

12. MOBILE PHONE INFORMATION CLAUSE
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent won’t be shared with third parties.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Consumer Serve Inc, you agree to the following terms:
- Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with Consumer Serve Inc and the services you are subscribed to. These messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and other service-related communications.
- You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, unless you re-subscribe.

- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consumer Serve Inc is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.
- We value your privacy. Any information collected through our SMS program is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
